Who is responsible
The data controller is ROGGERBAX. Our Privacy & Data Protection Contact handles data protection enquiries — see the contact address published above and at the bottom of this page.
What is collected when you submit the form
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
- The service you selected
- Any message you choose to write
- The fact and timestamp of your consent
- Marketing attribution values: which search or referral source brought you to the site, the page you landed on, and any advertising click identifier present in the URL
Your IP address is transiently processed for anti-abuse verification when the form is submitted. It is not stored as a record in the CRM.
What is not collected
This form does not ask for and must not be used to send government identifiers, health information, payment details, passwords, or any other sensitive-category data.
Why it is collected, and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and, where you have separately consented via the cookie banner, to understand which marketing channels produce enquiries. Submitting the form is a request for contact; it is not a subscription to a mailing list, and we do not use it to enrol you in outbound email or marketing campaigns.
Processing the information you submit through the form relies on your consent, given when you check the consent box and submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us. Optional analytics and marketing cookies rely on the separate consent you give (or withhold) in the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy for the full inventory of what that covers.
Anti-abuse verification
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is used to distinguish human submissions from automated ones. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address for that purpose. It is a security dependency, not an advertising or analytics tool, and it runs whether or not you accept optional cookies.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, operates the API that receives your form submission, and provides Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-abuse verification for the form) and standard network security protection. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and security infrastructure provider.
- Twenty CRM — a self-hosted customer relationship management system we operate, used to store and act on the enquiries submitted through this site.
We do not use any other third-party service to process the information you submit through the form. Optional analytics and advertising services are listed, with their current on/off status, in our Cookie Policy — they only ever see information you separately consent to via the cookie banner, never the contents of your form submission.
Where the information is stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in the self-hosted CRM described above, operated by the controller. The information is not sold and is not shared with advertising networks.
Optional analytics and advertising
Non-essential analytics and advertising tags are disabled by default. Where they are enabled, they load only after you consent, and you can change that choice at any time from "Cookie Settings" in the footer. The contact form works fully whether or not you consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full, current inventory.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Records kept for legal, tax, or contractual obligations may be retained for the period those obligations require.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located you may have the right to request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or restrict how it is used.
How to make a request: contact us at the address published on this site, describing what you are requesting and, where reasonably possible, enough detail for us to locate your record (for example, the email address you submitted the form with). We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, in a way proportionate to what is being requested — we do not ask for or store government-issued identity documents to do this. We aim to respond without undue delay; where GDPR applies to a request, that means within one month. We keep an internal log of requests received and how they were resolved, for accountability — that log is not published and is access-restricted to the people who handle requests.
Consent withdrawal
Where our processing relies on your consent (the enquiry consent you give when submitting the form, or the optional cookie categories you choose in the cookie banner), you can withdraw it at any time. For the form consent, contact us using the details below. For cookie categories, use "Cookie Settings" in the footer — withdrawal takes effect immediately for future page loads.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your information correctly, you may complain to us directly using the contact details below, or to the data protection supervisory authority in your country, where one exists.
Children
This site and its contact form are directed at business enquiries and are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices or the technologies described in it change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last substantively reviewed.
